Samsung just launched the Galaxy A52 and A72 smartphones in India after they were introduced at Awesome Unpacked event earlier this week. The Galaxy A52 comes with a 6.5-inch Full HD+ Super AMOLED Infinity-O Display with 90Hz refresh rate and the Galaxy A72 comes with a slightly larger 6.7-inch Full HD+ Super AMOLED Infinity-O 90Hz Display. These come with an in-display fingerprint scanner and a 32MP front camera inside the small punch-hole.
The phones run Android 11 with One UI 3.1 and are water-resistant to a depth of one meter for up to 30 minutes with IP67 certification. These pack 64-megapixel main camera with support for OIS, 12-megapixel ultra-wide camera and a 5-megapixel macro camera. The A52 comes with a 5-megapixel depth sensor, and it is replaced by an 8-megapixel 3x telephoto camera with 30x space zoom and OIS in the A72. The A52 packs a 4500mAh battery and the A72 has a slightly bigger 5000mAh battery. Both these support 25W fast charging but the A52 comes with 15W charger in the box.

The Samsung Galaxy A52 and the Galaxy A72 come in Awesome Black, Awesome White, Awesome Blue and Awesome Violet colours. Both these will roll out through offline and online retailers starting today.
The Galaxy A52 is priced at Rs. 26,499 for the 6GB RAM with 128GB storage version and the 8GB RAM with 128GB storage version costs Rs. 27,999. The Samsung Galaxy A72 costs Rs. 34,999 for the 8GB RAM with 128GB variant and the 8GB RAM with 256GB storage version costs Rs 37,999.
