Samsung has introduced a new contactless program for their smartphone customers in India – a Pick-up & Drop service when their smartphone needs repair. The company will also be offering a drop-only service for those customers who have given their phones for service at a Samsung authorized service center and only wants their phone delivered post repair.
The service will be available for customers of the Samsung Galaxy A, Galaxy M, Galaxy S, Galaxy F, Galaxy Note and Galaxy Fold series smartphones as well as the Galaxy tablets.

For pick-up and drop, the service will cost Rs. 199 and for drop only, the service will cost Rs. 99.

The new pick-up and drop & drop only service will allow consumers to get their mobile devices serviced without stepping out of their homes, especially in the current situation.
