Samsung is reportedly working on a inexpensive laptop that runs Windows 10 based-on-ARM, called the Samsung Galaxy Book Go. Rumours have surfaced about a laptop that is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 7c chip, and features a 14-inch FHD display, 4GB of RAM and more.
With the Galaxy Book Go, Samsung is aiming at bringing Windows 10 based-on-ARM laptops to the budget category. The Galaxy Book Go will have a 14-inch display with FHD resolution of 1920 x 1080. It will have a Snapdragon 7c SoC inside, paired with 4GB of RAM and 128GB of internal flash storage. The laptop will reportedly be certified for the MIL-810G standard, which should ensure durability.
It will have a 42.3 watt-hour battery and will support charging via USB-C at up to 25 watts. Regarding connectivity, it will support Bluetooth 5.1,WiFi 5, Miracast, and for ports it will have one USB -Type C and one USB Type-A port. The rumours also indicate that the power button will have an integrated fingerprint reader, which will work with Windows Hello.
The launch date for this laptop is unclear at the moment, however, the price is expected to be around $349 in the US (Approx. Rs. 25,860).
