POCO India today confirmed that it will extend the warranty of POCO phones that are expiring in May or June this year by two months. Due to current situation in the country several cities in the country have gone into lockdown so the smartphone users those who are facing issues with their devices couldn’t get them serviced. This is a nice move to support those users.
Additionally, POCO confirmed that it will not launch any new products in the country this May, 2021. The company said that it is pausing the launch of new devices and hopes the situation will improve. It added that it will post on further developments. This is not the first time companies are increasing the warranty of their products. In April last year during India-wide lockdown several companies offered to extend the warranty by up to 90 days.
