iQOO introduced its Neo5 smartphone in China back in March, and it was launched in India recently as iQOO 7. This week the company announced that it will introduce an enhanced Neo5 Vitality Edition in China on May 24th. Today it has posted official images of the phone revealing its design which is different compared to the Neo5. It will feature triple rear cameras, but will come only in Midnight Black and Ice White colours.
iQOO also confirmed that the phone will be powered by Snapdragon 870 chip, equipped with enhanced UFS 3.1 storage and LPDDR5 RAM and the company said that it has scored 742444 points on AnTuTu. We can expect liquid cooling system with graphite sheet for heat dissipation.
The teaser image shows a corner punch-hole screen compared to a centre punch-hole in the Neo5. It is said to stick to high-refresh rate AMOLED screen, and the image shows a side-mounted fingerprint scanner.
To remind you, the Neo5 has a 6.62-inch Full HD+ 120Hz refresh rate AMOLED screen with 300Hz touch sampling rate, peak brightness 1,300 nits, support for HDR10+, built-in Pixelworks X5 Pro display enhancement chip, DC dimming and 91.45% screen-to-body ratio.
We should know more details about the iQOO Neo5 Vitality Edition in the coming days before it is introduced on May 24th.
