Netgear, a leading manufacturer of networking gear, has announced the launch of the Orbi RBK852 WiFi 6 Mesh WiFi System. As the name suggests, it is a mesh system that are designed to provide WiFi AX for homes larger than 350 sq meters or 5000 sq ft.
The Netgear Orbi RBK852 comes with eight high-performance internal antennas with high-powered amplifiers inside each. They support beamforming for 2.4GHz & 5GHz bands, and they MU-MIMO capable simultaneous data streaming to multiple devices.
The Orbi router has a 2.5 Gbps WAN port along with 4 LAN Gigabit Ethernet ports, and it is powered by a quad-Core 2.2GHz processor, with 512MB NAND Flash and 1GB RAM. It supports Netgear’s Armor, which is their network protection and anti-virus program, and the system is compatible with Amazon Alexa and the Google Assistant.
The Netgear Orbi RBK852 is available for purchase on Netgear’s online store for a price of Rs. 61999.
