Samsung today confirmed the launch of Galaxy F22, the company’s new smartphone in the F series in India on July 6th. It has #FullOneBlockbuster and highlights the phone’s large battery, high refresh rate screen and quad rear cameras. The company has confirmed 6.4-inch HD+ Super AMOLED 90Hz screen with Infinity-U notch, 48MP rear camera along with three additional cameras.
This looks similar to the Galaxy A22 that went on sale in the country this week, but this will pack a 6000mAh compared to 5000mAh battery in the A22. We can expect 8MP ultra-wide, 2MP depth and 2MP macro cameras, but it is not clear if it will feature OIS since this will obviously be cheaper than the A22. The image shows a side-mounted fingerprint scanner, and we can expect Helio G80 SoC, same as the A22.
The Samsung Galaxy F22 will be sold on Flipkart, in addition to Samsung India eStore, and we can also expect it to be available from offline stores as well.
