OnePlus launched its Nord line up of smartphones last year, starting with the OnePlus Nord. It has been receiving software updates continuously and today, OnePlus has started rolling out a new OxygenOS update for the phone.
OxygenOS 11.1.4.4 is the latest update that is being rolled out to OnePlus Nord users that fixes issues with delayed notifications, overheating issues, and reduces power consumption in certain scenarios. The changelog also includes extended battery life and the June 2021 Android security patch.
The OTA update will begin rolling out to a few users today, and the wide rollout will begin in the coming days.
In related news, OnePlus is all set to launch the Nord 2 5G smartphone with MediaTek Dimensity 1200-AI SoC in India on July 22nd, 2021.
