After teasers, Motorola today confirmed the launch of Motorola edge 20 and edge 20 Fusion smartphones in India on August 17th, after the edge 20 series were introduced last month. The edge 20 has a 6.67″ OLED, 10-bit colour screen with DCI-P3 colour space and HDR10+ and 144Hz refresh rate and the Lite version which is launching as Fusion version has a 90Hz refresh rate.
Both the phones pack a 108MP main camera and an ultrawide-angle lens, and the edge 20 fusion has a 2MP depth sensor, while the edge 20 features a 8MP telephoto camera with 3x optical zoom and 30X Super Zoom. The camera features include Dual Capture, Dual Capture, 960fps super slow motion, and these devices are protected by ThinkShield for mobile.
These run Android 11 without any bloatware and the company says that these will receive at least 2 major android OS upgrades and 2 years of bi-monthly security updates.

These will be sold on Flipkart after the launch. We should know the price of these phones when they go official next Tuesday.
Update: The company has confirmed that the edge 20 Fusion will be powered by Dimensity 800U SoC instead of Dimensity 720 in the edge 20 Lite for global markets.
