Xiaomi introduces Mi TV Lux 77″ 4K OLED 120Hz TV with 70W speakers, Dolby Atmos, Mi TV 6 55″ and 65″ 4K OLED TVs


Along with the Mi MIX 4 and the Mi Pad 5 series, Xiaomi also introduced its 2nd generation Mi TV Master / Lux series TV with a 77-inch 4K OLED screen with ultra narrow bezels, 96.2% ultra-high screen-to-body ratio,
and it uses the latest generation of V21 panel, which claims to offer peak brightness of up to 1,000 nits. It supports, Dolby Vision, Dolby Vision IQ, HDR10+, HDR10 and HLG, and also has IMAX Enhanced certification. It also supports BT.709, DCI-P3, Adobe RGB, BT.2020 four-channel color gamut, has 10-bit and Delta E 1.5.

The TV has 70W 9 speaker units, Dolby Atmos 3.1 surround sound, is equipped with a UWB chip for one-touch connection with compatible devices like the Mi MIX 4, comes with an in-box NFC remote control that allows users to cast video from their smartphones by touching it with their handset. The TV has an 8.2mm ultra-thin metal frame, glass back cover that is as transparent as glass

The Mi TV Master (77″) is priced at 19,999 yuan (US$ 3083 / Rs. 229,510 approx.), but it will be available at a discounted rate of with a discount of 16,999 yuan when it goes on sale for the first time on August 18th.

Xiaomi also introduced cheaper 55-inch and 65-inch Mi TV 6 4K OLED TVs with 60Hz screen, 4.6mm ultra narrow bezels, but these don’t have UWB, Dolby Vision IQ and other features present in the Mi TV Master 77″ OLED TV.

The Mi TV 6 55-inch and 65-inch OLED TVs are priced at 5,699 yuan (US$ 878 / Rs. 65,405 approx.) and 7,699 yuan (US$ 1,187 / Rs. 88,360 approx.), respectively, and these get a 700 yuan discount during the first sale on August 18th.
