Apple is expected to hold multiple events in the upcoming months of 2021 and announce new products across various line-ups, including a new iPhone, AirPods, Apple Watches, an updated iPad Mini and a M1X powered MacBook Pro.
In Bloomberg reporter Mark Gurman’s latest Power On newsletter, he reveals that Apple’s upcoming iPhone models will have the same design and screen size with a smaller notch, updated cameras and a faster A15 processor. The phones will support a new portrait video mode, a new camera Filter system, ProRes codec support, and the display will likely feature ProMotion technology.
The Apple Watch Series 7 is expected to be updated with a faster processor, new display technology, maybe a redesign with a less-curved display. The new AirPods on the other hand will likely feature a design similar to the AirPods Pro, with an in-ear shape and shorter stems. Next, the iPad Mini will reportedly get a new design with smaller bezels.
Lastly, Apple will introduce new MacBook Pro models, with a 16-inch and 14-inch screen sizes, that will finally be upgraded to the Apple’s custom designed M1X SoC.
The first event will likely be held in September, where Apple will launch new iPhones, Apple Watches, and AirPods, while a second event will be held to launch a new iPad and maybe updates to the company’s services. The launch of the upcoming MacBook Pro is expected to launch after that, before the year ends.
