Motorola introduced the Moto G50 5G (Ibiza) smartphone back in March. Now a new Moto G50 5G (Saipan) smartphone has surfaced, thanks to @evleaks who has posted the press images of the phone and @OnLeaks has revealed its specifications. Compared to a 6.5-inch HD+ max vision 90Hz refresh rate screen, this model is said to feature a 6.5-inch HD+ 60Hz screen and the Snapdragon 480 5G Mobile Platform will be replaced by MediaTek Dimensity 700 5G SoC.
Regarding the cameras, it is said to feature a 48-megapixel rear camera along with two other cameras which could be 2MP depth and 2MP macro cameras, same as the Snapdragon version. It is expected to feature a 13-megapixel front camera, side-mounted fingerprint scanner, support for 3.5mm audio jack and NFC
The Moto G50 5G (Saipan) is said to come in Iron and Cosmo colours. No details about the battery yet, but it could feature a 4700mAh battery since a Motorola phone with XT2149-1 model number got certified by Anatel certification site of Brazil revealing the battery capacity.
We can expect the phone to go official sometime later this month or early September. Motorola is also said to be working on Moto E20 codenamed ‘Aruba’.
