After announcing that Windows 11 will release on October 5th, Microsoft today scheduled an event on September 22nd to introduce new Surface devices. In addition to these devices, Microsoft said that it will also talk about Windows 11.
The company is expected to introduce a new Surface Pro X, Surface Go 3, and a new Surface Laptop which could be called Surface Laptop Pro or Surface Book 4, based on earlier rumours.
The Surface Duo dual-screen Android phone was showcased back in October 2019, but it started rolling out only in September 2020. We can expect the company to showcase the Surface Duo 2, and it might ship later. Based on earlier rumours, the Surface Duo 2 could feature a new triple camera system, higher-refresh rate displays, Snapdragon 888 5G SoC and 8GB RAM.
The Microsoft Surface event on Wednesday, September 22nd starts at 11am ET (8:30 PM IST), and the company will offer live stream as usual.
