Back in November 2020, GoPro unveiled the HERO9 action camera with a new sensor, 5K video support, and more. Almost a year later now, GoPro has launched the HERO10 Black with a new processor, 5.3K video support, HyperSmooth 4.0, and more.
The GoPro HERO10 sports an LCD screen on the front and is powered by an all-new GP2 processor that supports 5.3K video at 60fps, 4K video at 120fps with 19.6-megapixel frame grabs from the video. It has a 23.6MP sensor that comes with an enhanced low-light performance along with HyperSmooth 4.0 video stabilization in all modes.
Further, it features TimeWarp 3.0 Video, SuperPhoto + HDR, Night Lapse Video, Live Streaming in 1080p resolution, Webcam Mode, Voice Control, RAW in All Photo Modes, Touch Zoom, Portrait Orientation, Photo Timer, 8x Slo-Mo, and has a 3.5mm mic input.
It also comes with PowerTools like HindSight, LiveBurst, Scheduled Capture, Duration Capture, and users can edit the shots in the Quik App. As for the battery, it is backed up by a rechargeable 1720mAh Lithium-Ion battery. Lastly, the accessories bundle includes Magnetic Swivel Clip, Spare battery, Shorty, 32GB microSD card, and a camera case.
Pricing and availability
The GoPro HERO10 Black is priced at Rs. 54,500 and will be available for purchase starting early November in India. In the US, it is priced at $399.98 (Rs. 29,385 approx.) with an included one-year GoPro Subscription or for existing subscribers (for $4.99 a month or $49.99 a year) or $499.99 (Rs. 36,730 approx.) without a subscription.
