boAt, a popular audio company based in India, has announced the launch of a new Bluetooth headset in their Immortal gaming series, called the Immortal IM1300. It features dual connectivity options including a 2.4GHz ultra low-latency mode and Bluetooth mode, with boAts Signature Sound, RGB LED light and more.
The headset has comfortable high-quality earcups with ultra-soft foam and a new breathable weave that minimizes sweat and heat build-up generated by skin contact. The earcups have breathing RGD LED lights and the right earcup in particular houses a small slot for the included USB Type-C wireless dongle. The dongle is used for the headset’s wireless 2.4GHz gaming mode, which is one of the two modes the headset supports.
In the 2.4GHz wireless gaming mode, the headset supports low latency transmission as low 35ms, along with 3D Spatial sound support. The other supported mode is Bluetooth, that makes it compatible to connect with any smartphone, PC or laptop. The headset has a detachable boom microphone that is ideal for Discord, Teamspeak, Zoom and meet calls. Battery life is rated at up to 30 hours with RGB LEDs turned off.
The boAt Immortal IM1300 is available in 4 colours – Black Sabre, Phantom Blue, Raging Red and White Sabre and is available on Flipkart and the boAt website for Rs. 2299.
