PC World reported about a vulnerable and dangerous flaw in one the basic black and white models of Nokia – Nokia 1100.
According to the reports and fraud inspection experts, a specific batch of Nokia 1100 produced by some European manufacturer has some flaws using which, a criminal/hacker can intercept SMS that can be exploited to hack bank accounts and as such, the phone that used to cost not more than 100 euro is now highly in demand and some are even willing to pay thousands of Euros for such faulty handsets.
Well, Nokia customers still using/having a Nokia 1100 need not panic or get over whelmed about their product as there are no official reports from Nokia or any fraud detecting agencies about such flaws, and the whole thing is in the state of suspicion.
