ASUS India, Republic of Gamers (ROG), today announced the launch of the Zephyrus M16 2022 model in its Zephyrus series. It is an addition to ASUS’ extensive gaming portfolio, and it is intended to boost gamers’ competitive edges by leveraging cutting-edge technology to create an enhanced gaming experience.
This product follows the launch in India last month of ASUS ROG Strix G-series, Strix SCAR series, and TUF F-series 2022 models. For gamers, the ROG Zephyrus M16 has a professional 16-inch design that is both thin and light. It is a powerful gaming device with up to the most recent 12th Gen Intel Core i9-12900H processor, up to the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3080Ti graphics, and up to 32GB of DDR5.
The Zephyrus M16 (2022) features a 16-inch display, with its 94% screen-to-body ratio and ultra-narrow bezels. The 16:10 aspect ratio makes the most of the available screen space. High-fidelity gaming is buttery smooth with a clear QHD resolution and a 165Hz/3ms panel that features Adaptive Sync. There is 100% DCI-P3 color, Pantone Validation, Dolby Vision, and 500 nits of brightness on the ROG Nebula Display on the M16. This makes it great for both gamers and people who make videos or movies.
Up to a 12th Gen Intel Core i9-12900H CPU is combined with an Nvidia GeForce RTX 3080 Ti GPU behind the hood, allowing you to game or create to your best ability. Thanks to the addition of the MUX switch, you can now simply swap between GPUs to enhance performance or battery life. The new DDR5-4800 RAM makes it easier than ever to use the M16 as your daily driver. It can be set up with up to 48GB of memory and up to 2TB of PCIe® Gen 4 expandable storage.
The M16 offers all the required I/O ports to let you get more done and have a better gaming experience no matter where you are. The Thunderbolt 4 port is a versatile connector that allows you to connect to the most up-to-date devices quickly. You can connect to high-resolution monitors thanks to DisplayPort 1.4 support, and you can charge on the go with up to 100W of power delivery charging. A MicroSD card slot is also featured for convenient photo and video transfer. Finally, in addition to noise-reduction technologies like 3DNR, our HD webcam in the narrow top bezel now has IR technology, which makes it easy to use Windows Hello to log in to the device.
