Samsung is gearing up to introduce its Galaxy Z Fold 4 and Z Flip 4 smartphones later this year. A few days back, we saw some renders that depicted the smartphone’s design, along with information on display and dimensions. The latest leak from famous leaker Ice Universe suggests the camera specifications of the upcoming Galaxy Z Fold4. So let’s have a closer look at what the device will offer in terms of cameras.
As per a tweet from Ice Universe, the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold4 will house a triple camera setup consisting of a 50MP main camera, a 12MP ultrawide sensor, and a 12MP 3x optical telephoto lens for zooming capabilities. To remind you, the Z Fold3 features a triple 12MP rear cameras, including a telephoto camera with 2X optical zoom.
The leaker also claims that the 3x zoom lens on the foldable will be the “strongest 3x camera ever,” even stronger than the S22 Ultra. This is an exciting and strong claim. Hence, we might be seeing some new tech implementation in the telephoto lens of the device.
Previous leaks indicate that the Galaxy Z Fold4 will have a 7.6-inch 23:9 aspect ratio foldable AMOLED screen, a 6.2-inch cover display, will be powered by Snapdragon 8 Gen 1+ SoC, and a 4400mAh battery with support for 25W wired charging, and wireless charging.
