The Amazfit Band 7 fitness tracker has leaked online, according to GSMarena. The Band 7 will be a direct successor to the Amazfit Band 5, which was launched in 2020. Recently, Amazfit introduced the T-Rex 2, the second iteration of their fitness smartwatch, in India as well.
The Amazfit Band 7, which has the code name Bari, looks like the Redmi Smart Band Pro. It will feature a 1.47-inch AMOLED display with a screen resolution of 194 x 368 pixels and a maximum brightness of 500 nits.
For health monitoring, the smart band includes a PPG optical heart rate sensor for 24/7 heart rate tracking as well as sleep and stress monitoring. Besides that, the smart features include things such as getting notifications from your paired smartphone, setting alarms or reminders, and seeing the weather right on the smart band.
It is touted to come with support for more than one hundred different sports modes and the capability to automatically detect different types of workouts. According to the source, the device will come with 8MB of RAM and 128MB of storage, and it will be able to pair with smartphones running Android 5.0 or iOS 10.0 and higher via Bluetooth 5.1.
According to claims, the fitness tracker weighs 28 grams and is 5 ATM water resistant. With moderate use, a 230mAh battery may run it for up to 18 days, and with intensive use, it can last up to nine days. Additionally, the report states that the Amazfit Band 7 is expected to be priced for $50 (Rs. 3,951 approx.)
