realme just launched realme 9i 5G, the company’s latest mid-range 5G smartphone in India, as it had promised. It has a 6.6-inch Full HD+ LCD screen with 90Hz refresh rate and 180Hz touch sampling rate, 90.5% screen-to-body ratio and an 8-megapixel camera inside the punch-hole.
The phone is powered by MediaTek Dimensity 810 SoC, same as the realme 9 5G. It has up to 6GB of RAM with Dynamic RAM Expansion (DRE) technology, which can add up to 5GB to the existing RAM.
The phone support for several 5G bands and runs Android 12 with realme UI 3.0. The phone features Vintage CD Design that draws inspiration from light and the reflective texture of the back bursts out from the camera with a dazzling light when light falls on it, just like a CD, which changes with the light according to its ambiance.
It features a 50-megapixel rear camera along with an 2-megapixel B&W camera and a 2-megapixel 4cm macro camera. The phone has a side-mounted fingerprint scanner and packs a 5000mAh battery with support for 18W fast charging.

The realme 9i 5G comes in Soulful Blue, Rocking Black and Metallica Gold colours and is priced at Rs. 14,999 for the 4GB + 64GB version and the 6GB + 128GB version costs Rs. 16,999. It will be available from realme.com, Flipkart and offline stores from August 24th.
