POCO is set to revamp its well-known M Series with the imminent introduction of the M5 4G in India. On their Twitter account, the company has been teasing the impending M series product with the phrase “M bringing sexy back.” The device’s name, “M5 4G,” as well as other technical details, were reported by 91Mobiles.
The official teaser graphic from POCO’s tweet, which shows “G99,” definitely suggests the use of MediaTek’s Helio G99 4G SoC, and the 91Mobiles article corroborated the same information. The M5 4G’s appearance and design are yet to be revealed. But as per the tweet statement from POCO this time we can expect a refreshing back design like the previous POCO M devices.
The forthcoming gadget is believed to have comparable specifications to its predecessor, such as a 6.58-inch FHD+ LCD screen, a 5000mAh battery with 33W fast charging support, and MIUI 12.
