HONOR has been in an uncertain position in the Indian market for quite some time, ever since its separation from ex-parent HUAWEI. Now the firm has started teasing a TWS for the Indian market called the HONOR CHOICE Earbuds X. The teaser image reveals some key specifications such as the use of 12mm drivers, up to 28 hours of playback, and more of this upcoming TWS.
The HONOR CHOICE Earbuds X are not new; the earphones were previously revealed in select global markets. It’s an HONOR entry-level TWS with custom 12mm bio-diaphragm dynamic drivers, a lightweight copper-coated aluminium armature for rich bass, and Bluetooth 5.2 with AAC and SBC codecs. The TWS has an IPX4 rating.
In terms of design, the HONOR CHOICE Earbuds X have an ergonomically shaped 13° curve for a natural fit, and each earbud weighs only 4.3g, ensuring a comfortable fit for an extended period of time.
The earphones include touch controls for easy music and call control. The TWS includes dual-mic noise reduction for calls and up to 28 hours of battery life with a charging case, which are two of its primary selling points. Furthermore, the game mode on the CHOICE Earbuds X has a low latency of 125ms for optimum gaming performance.
