OPPO has confirmed the launch of Find N2 series in China on December 15th. This will include the Find N2 and the Find N2 Flip. The Find N2 will be a foldable phone which will be the successor to last year’s Find N. The Find N2 Flip will be the company’s first flip phone.
The company has also posted a short teaser video for the phones. Based on rumours, the Find N2 will feature dual E6 AMOLED displays, and the foldable screen will feature new technologies for the hinge for almost zero crease.
It is said to feature ultra-light carbon fiber frame, integrate mortise and tenon design, feature triple rear cameras with a Sony sensor for the main camera. The phone is expected to be powered by Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 SoC.
The Find N2 will be the lightest foldable phone at just 233 grams, beating the HONOR Magic Vs, which weighs 261 grams. OPPO said that it has used innovative materials and restructured the phone’s key structural parts to achieve this.
The Find N2 Flip feature an invisible and really useful external screen that OPPO believes will be the best solution so far for smaller foldables.
Based on rumours, the phone will feature a water drop hinge, pack a 3.2″ 60Hz OLED secondary screen, 6.8″ FHD+ 120Hz OLED primary screen, powered by Dimensity 9000+ SoC, feature 50MP rear along with 8MP ultra-wide camera, 32MP front camera and pack a 4300mAh battery with support for 44W fast charging. Both these should run Android 13 with ColorOS 13.
