After the launch of the OnePlus 10T in August this year, OnePlus is back with its next flagship product, OnePlus 11 5G. It will also launch the OnePlus Buds Pro 2 and more.
After holding online events for its previous 3 generations of flagship phones – the OnePlus 8 series, OnePlus 9 series, OnePlus 10 Pro and the OnePlus 10T, OnePlus is finally holding an offline event since the OnePlus 7 Series in Bengaluru in 2019.
This time, the new OnePlus products will be launched in the “Cloud 11” event on February 7th, 2023 that will be held in New Delhi. The expectations for the OnePlus 11 5G has already reached its peak, even though there are two more months left for the event.
The “Cloud 11” tagline for the launch event highlights that the OnePlus flagship products elevate user experience from “Cloud 9” to “Cloud 11”. The company also says ‘The Shape of Power is coming’.
OnePlus has always been focusing on giving fast and smooth experience, this time it will reach new heights, says the company. This also marks the return of two user-favorite features – the sophisticated Hasselblad imaging that makes photos true to life, and the handy Alert Slider that makes it easy to shift from mode to mode.
The OnePlus 10 Pro had both these features, but the OnePlus 10T which was launched a few months back skipped both these. OnePlus is always known for the implementation of features in its devices based on the community feedback. After feedback from the community, OnePlus is bringing these two fan-favourite features to the OnePlus 11 5G.
Last year, OnePlus has announced a three-year partnership with camera manufacturer Hasselblad to co-develop the next generation of smartphone camera systems for OnePlus flagship devices.
This was first introduced with the OnePlus 9 series. For this, OnePlus worked with Hasselblad on software improvements including, color tuning and sensor calibration. The Hasselblad Pro Mode brought its sensor calibration to a smartphone for the first time, resulting in accurate and natural color for a solid foundation for post-editing. It also brought 12-bit RAW format for even richer color and higher dynamic range.
This further improved with the OnePlus 10 Pro, in which all three of these rear lenses can shoot in 10-bit, and the new RAW+ mode gives the flexibility of RAW photos with some of the OnePlus software tweaks, such as boosted dynamic range. We can expect further improvements with the launch of the OnePlus 11 5G.
The OnePlus 2 which was introduced back in 2015 is the first OnePlus phone to have a physical alert slider which is a dedicated silent/ring switch to quickly put the phone to mute, vibrate or ring mode without having to wake up or unlock the phone. Since then all OnePlus flagships launched, including the OnePlus 7, OnePlus 8, OnePlus 9 series, and OnePlus 10 Pro featured it. The OnePlus 11 5G is brining back this feature after the feedback from the community.
OnePlus is always known for the implementation of features in its devices based on the community feedback. After feedback from the community, OnePlus is bringing these two fan-favourite features to the OnePlus 11 5G.
OnePlus is also bringing back the ‘The Lab’ for everyone who wants to be among the first to go hands-on on the OnePlus 11 5G before anyone else.
First introduced with the OnePlus 3 Series, ‘The Lab’ aims to get some good, honest content from the OnePlus users. OnePlus said that it got amazing content from the users and honest reviews of its products throughout different generations.
You can Apply to join ‘The Lab’ and be one of the 10 lucky savviest Never Settlers to try out the OnePlus 11 5G before anyone else.
Along with the OnePlus 11 5G, the company is also launching the OnePlus Buds Pro 2 that aims to deliver a full-bodied, stereo-quality audio experience.
Similar to other OnePlus phones, the OnePlus 11 5G will be sold on Amazon.in.
