The portable USB DAC & Amp “GO link” from iFi Audio, which enables listening to hi-fi music, has been launched in India. To recall, last year, iFi ZEN Air CAN and ZEN Air DAC headphone amplifiers were launched.

The GO link was ergonomically and functionally designed by iFi Audio. It was made from a magnesium alloy casing. The cable is silver-plated with copper conductors for enhanced signal purity and is flexible for portability. It also offers a gold-plated 3.5mm headphone output for simple compatibility with 3.5mm in-ear monitors.
The all-new GO link enables in-ear monitors/earphones to perform to their full potential. Connect it to a PC, Mac, iPad, or smartphone and plug in IEMs/earphones. The GO link supports Hi-Res True Native playback of all music formats, including MP3, DSD256, PCM384, and DXD384.
The ES9219 comprises a headphone amplifier, analogue volume control, a high-performance 32-bit, 2-channel audio SABRE HiFi D/A converter with QUAD DAC+ technology, and (DRE). Additionally, it has an output switch created for power-sensitive, portable audiophile applications.
The ES9219 delivers up to 122dB DNR and 0.004% (1.27V @ 32) using critically acclaimed QUAD DAC+TM technology, patented 32-bit HyperStream III DAC architecture, and Time Domain Jitter Eliminator, a performance level that will satisfy the most demanding audio fans.
The inbuilt SABRE DAC on the ES9219 supports 32-bit 384kHz PCM (Pulse Code Modulation), DSD256 (Direct Stream Digital), and MQA (Master Quality Authenticated).
Because of the DAC chip’s advanced specification, seldom implemented high-end capabilities such as adjustable analogue gain with DRE (Dynamic Range Enhancement) and technologies to eliminate THD (Total Harmonic Distortion) and crosstalk are conceivable.
The headphone amp in the “GO link” feeds a gold-plated 3.5mm connector, which incorporates our S-Balanced design to eliminate noise and crosstalk. It produces 70mW to 32 ohms and a maximum voltage output of 2.05V to 600 ohms.
