After teasers, POCO has confirmed the launch of POCO C55, the company’s next budget smartphone in the C series in India on February 21st. This comes after last month’s POCO C5 launch.
The company has confirmed any specifications of the phone, but the teaser reveals a leather-like back, dual rear cameras and a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor near the camera module.
Based on reports, this will be a rebranded Redmi 12C with a different back panel. The placement of cameras and the fingerprint scanner coincides with the phone.
To remind you, the Redmi 12C which was introduced in China last month packs a 6.71-inch HD+ screen, has a 5MP selfie camera inside the notch, is powered by Helio G85 SoC with up to 6GB of RAM, has a 50MP main camera along with a 2MP depth sensor and packs a 5000mAh battery with 10W charging.
We should know the price of the POCO C55 when it is launched next week.
