Garmin India has unveiled the second generation of their luxury modern tool watches, MARQ Athlete, MARQ Adventurer, MARQ Golfer, MARQ Captain and MARQ Aviator. The Garmin Instinct Crossover Series was recently launched in India.

MARQ Athlete
MARQ Athlete is a strong and durable fitness watch crafted with a titanium case, and a lightweight vented silicone rubber strap. It is equipped with advanced metrics such as ‘training readiness’, ‘PacePro™’, and ‘real-time stamina’ to help users track their performance and training, as well as avoid burnout. Preloaded with sports apps such as running, cycling, swimming, skiing, golf, pickleball & tennis, gym workouts, and surfing, MARQ Athlete also offers easy-to-follow cardio, strength, yoga, and Pilates workouts.
MARQ Adventurer
The MARQ Adventurer offers a fashionable leather design with a FKM rubber hybrid strap, making it perfect for casual and active wear. It combines the look of a leather strap with improved moisture and stain resistance. The compass bezel is marked directions and 360-degree measurements, helping users stay on course with the Orienteering feature, leading them to their destination.
MARQ Golfer
This golf-inspired watch features a green ceramic inlay, custom etched bezel, and tritone green jacquard-weave nylon strap. It has preloaded 42,000 worldwide golf courses and autodetects which course is being played for precise distances to the front, middle and back of the green, plus slope direction with Green Contours (Active Garmin Golf™ app membership required). It also has Virtual Caddie, Hazard View, Wind Data, PinPointer and three Approach CT10 golf club sensors for automatic club tracking.
MARQ Captain
The MARQ Captain sports nautical details to make it the perfect companion for water activities, such as a navy ceramic bezel with regatta timer and race-inspired striped jacquard weave nylon strap. It has a built-in Regatta Timer to help racers cross the starting point at the right, and Alerts and Alarms to signal tide changes and anchor drag.
In addition, it gives access to the autopilot to change heading and follow routes. Furthermore, it has profiles for kayaking, standup paddleboarding, windsurfing, kitesurfing, and kiteboarding.
MARQ Aviator
Designed for the aviation enthusiast, MARQ Aviator is an ideal companion for pilots and those passionate about flight. The brushed titanium bracelet, swept-wing links and locking clasp, plus ceramic 24-hour GMT bezel are perfect for navigating worldwide aeronautical databases and airports.
Pilots can also set alerts to be notified when conditions are right for flying. World travelers can take advantage of the Jet Lag Adviser watch face, which features the aviator’s home time zone, a “feels like” time and guidance on light, sleep and exercise.
Design and Display
The MARQ collection offers a perfect blend of sophisticated design and everyday convenience. It is crafted with superior materials like sapphire crystal, ceramic and jacquard-weave nylon, featuring unique design elements such as titanium, leather, nylon and silicone bracelets.
The high-performance Grade-5 titanium is five-times stronger and harder than stainless steel, making it more scratch-resistant and lightweight. The 46mm watch case is equipped with a domed sapphire lens and a vibrant AMOLED display with a highly responsive touchscreen.
Battery Life
The MARQ provides up to 16 days of battery life in smartwatch mode, so you won’t have to worry about charging while travelling or even overnight. It collects biometric data while sleeping to give individualized information on sleep quality, stress, and recovery.
The watch comes with a magnetic charger that aligns easily with each MARQ watch, with a charge time of one hour—twice as fast as the previous design.
Health and Sports monitoring
The MARQ collection includes advanced 24/7 health and wellness features, such as wrist-based heart rate, respiration and stress tracking, advanced sleep insights, Body-Battery™ energy monitoring, and a new Jet Lag Adviser. This feature helps global travellers and athletes adjust to new time zones with light exposure, sleep schedule, and exercise suggestions.
The Garmin Connect app™ allows users to enter their travel details to track how their body adjusts to the new destination. Additionally, all MARQ watches support multi-band GNSS, multi-frequency GPS (L1 + L5), and Garmin SatIQ™ technology for superior positioning accuracy in any environment.
