Redmi launched the Note 12 series in January in India. It appears that the company will be adding a new 4G device to the series. The renders of the upcoming Redmi Note 12 4G have surfaced online, along with some key specifications, thanks to tipster Sudhanshu Ambhore.
The Note 12 4G is said to come in three different colors: blue, gray, and green. It also reveals a design that is similar to the previously announced Note 12 series handsets. A triple camera setup is housed inside a rectangular camera module on the device’s back.
According to the rendering, the power and volume buttons will be on the right, and the SIM tray will be on the left edge. The USB Type-C port, primary speakers, and a microphone cutout are located on the bottom edge, while the top edge houses a 3.5mm audio jack, an IR blaster, and a secondary speaker cutout.
The phone will have a Snapdragon 685 chipset, according to the live image on the ‘About Phone’ settings page. It’s an overclocked Snapdragon 680 processor with a top clock speed of 2.8 GHz. The Note 12 4G will also have 4GB of RAM and 3GB of virtual RAM, Android 13 out of the box, and MIUI 14.
The Redmi Note 12 4G is expected to launch globally and in India soon.
