Lu Weibing, the general manager of Redmi, said that the Snapdragon 7+ Gen 2 is a revolutionary product and the most powerful 7 series ever. Its appearance will completely change the status quo of the mid-end chip market and greatly promote the overall upgrade of terminal performance, he added.

He said that he is particularly optimistic about this chip, which is very important for Redmi, especially the Note series.

The GM said that that the second-generation Snapdragon 7+ chip is jointly developed by Redmi and Qualcomm after multiple rounds of in-depth discussions between the two teams.
