Samsung Galaxy Tab S9+ surfaces in renders

First renders of the upcoming Samsung Galaxy S9+ has surfaced, thanks to @OnLeaks. This shows a familiar design as the Galaxy Tab S8+, and is expected to feature a similar 12.4-inch (1752×2800 pixels) WQXGA+ 120Hz Super AMOLED display.

The rear cameras are now separate in line with the Samsung Galaxy S23’s design language, so the camera bump is prominent. The tablet is said to measure 285.4 x 185.4 x 5.64, almost similar to the S8+.

There is a secondary sensor on the front when the tablet is handled within landscape mode, but there are no details about it. It could be a secondary selfie camera meant for video calls or when the tablet is used in landscape mode.

We can expect Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC, Android 13, in-display optical fingerprint sensor and 45W charging. Battery capacity is now available yet. Based on earlier rumours, the S9 series will have IP67 certification for dust and water resistance, similar to the company’s top-end A series phones.

The Samsung Galaxy Tab S8 series were introduced in February, and the Tab S9 series is expected later this year, alongside the Galaxy Z Fold 5 and Galaxy Z Flip 5.
