Apple opened its first retail store in India – Apple BKC yesterday at the Bandra Kurla Complex, and it saw a huge response, says the company. As promised, the company is gearing up to open its second Apple Store in the country and Delhi’s first Apple Store tomorrow, April 20th.
The Store is located at Select CITYWALK mall at the Saket District Centre in New Delhi. Apple has previewed Apple Saket with several images and said that customers can participate in free ‘Today at Apple’ sessions to learn how to get the most out of their devices.
Apple said that the store has a uniquely designed curved storefront with white oak tables to display the products and the wall manufactured in India.
It has a dedicated Apple Pickup station, and the company said that Apple’s operations in India run on 100% renewable energy and are carbon-neutral, similar to other Apple stores.
The store is staffed by over 70 team members from a combined 18 states, who collectively speak more than 15 languages, ready to welcome customers from around the world and provide guidance on Apple products and the Apple Trade In program to suit customers’ needs.
There is a Genius Bar that offers you help from an Expert about the products right from setting up a device, recovering an Apple ID, selecting an AppleCare plan, or modifying subscriptions.
Today at Apple sessions
Apple Saket will offer unique ‘Today at Apple’ sessions, showcasing the talents of local artists and creatives. This will let the customers unleash their creativity and get the most out of their devices, says Apple. The sessions range from basics and how-to lessons to using professional-grade programs.

Apple Sake, the first Apple Store in Delhi, is set to open on Thursday, April 20th at 10 a.m. IST. Customers arriving at the store can download interactive custom wallpapers, listen to a customized Apple Music Saket Playlist, and sign up for upcoming ‘Today at Apple’ sessions.
