Advanced SoCs with NVIDIA GPU Chiplet Integration
MediaTek is set to develop automotive System-on-Chips (SoCs) that combine a new NVIDIA GPU chiplet with NVIDIA’s AI and graphics intellectual property.
These chiplets will be interconnected using an ultra-fast and coherent chiplet interconnect technology. By incorporating this GPU chiplet, NVIDIA can expand its GPU and accelerated compute capabilities across diverse markets.
