TECNO Mobile has announced its POVA 5 as the successor to POVA 4 which was introduced earlier this year. The POVA 5 has a 6.78-inch FHD+ LCD screen with 120Hz refresh rate and retains the Helio G99 SoC with 8GB of RAM and 8GB of virtual RAM.
It has a 10,749mm² heat dissipation that includes a 1399.65mm² vapor chamber, and a 9349.39mm² graphene heat sink. The phone runs Android 13 with HiOS 13 on top. It has a 50MP rear camera, and an AI lens, dual LED flash and 8MP front camera with LED flash.
There is a side-mounted fingerprint scanner and the phone packs a 6000mAh battery with 45W fast charging. The company says that it has Battery Lab 3.0 software for endurance and STS Secure Battery Technology.

Pricing and availability
The TECNO POVA 5 comes in Hurricane Blue, Amber Gold, and Mecha Black and will roll out in Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and Latin America soon.
It is already available for order in Thailand for 4,999 Thai Baht (USD 141 / Rs. 11,576 approx.) for 8GB + 128GB and 5,799 Thai Baht (USD 163 / Rs. 13,425 approx.) for 8GB + 256GB model and will go on sale from July 7th.
There is also a Free-Fire limited edition with exclusive stickers, wallpapers and a Free-Fire gift card.
