Nothing, has announced the opening of its inaugural Customer Service Center in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. This expansion reflects Nothing’s strong commitment to the Indian market and its valued consumer base.
With the launch of the upcoming Phone (2) on July 11 and the subsequent opening of Exclusive Service Centers in August, Nothing aims to meet the increasing demand for its products in India.
In line with this growth, Nothing recently announced the opening of a Nothing Drop location in Lulu Mall, Bengaluru, offering a convenient purchase option for Phone (2) customers.
Nothing India is strengthening its Customer Support and After-Sales Services
Moreover, Nothing is expanding its customer service team by 50% to ensure continued excellence in services and customer satisfaction.
The Exclusive Customer Service Center, set to commence operations in August, aims to provide exceptional customer support and after-sales services. By the end of July, Nothing plans to increase its service center count from 230 to over 300, catering to 19,000 pin codes across the country.
The Exclusive Service Center will organize periodic service camps for Nothing customers, providing them with a dedicated platform for assistance. Additionally, customers will have the opportunity to purchase accessories and care packs for accidental/liquid damage, as well as warranty upgrade packs at these centers.
Looking ahead, Nothing said that it has ambitious plans to establish five more exclusive service centers in five cities by 2023, and an additional 20 centers across various cities in 2024. Through these endeavors, Nothing aims to elevate the customer experience by delivering top-notch brand services and support.
