Vi (Vodafone Idea) has introduced two new prepaid plans, namely Rs. 198 and Rs. 204, which fall under its Combo/Validity portfolio. Both these packs offer a combination of talk time and data benefits.
The Rs. 198 plan provides limited talk time validity of Rs. 198, calls at 2.5 p/sec, and 500 MB of data for a duration of 30 days. Similarly, the Rs. 204 plan offers the same benefits for a month.
Do note that these plans are currently available only in the Mumbai, Gujarat, and Delhi regions.
It is important to note that Vi will suspend incoming calls on your prepaid SIM if you fail to recharge your account within the validity period of your current plan. To avoid this, it is recommended to opt for service validity recharge packs, starting from Rs. 99.
Even if you do not require all the features of a comprehensive prepaid plan, maintaining a service validity recharge will keep your SIM active, allowing you to continue using essential services such as incoming calls.
To remind you, Vi has recently launched two sachet packs: Super Hour and Super Day. Priced at Rs. 24, the Super Hour pack allows unlimited data usage for one hour. Alternatively, the Super Day pack is available for Rs. 49 and offers 6GB of data with a validity of one day.
