Vi customers can effortlessly distinguish genuine calls from Vi using reliable call indicators from Truecaller. These include a green caller ID, an unalterable brand name and logo, a verified business badge, a category tag, and the reason for the call.

Additionally, Truecaller’s Verified Business Solution offers enhanced customer communication by providing brand identity and context to business calls. This solution has already benefited over 2000+ active businesses across India and other global markets, reducing call-related frauds and improving communication efficiency and safety.
In recent developments, Truecaller has introduced AI-Powered SMS Fraud Protection to strengthen its capabilities.
