Vi Smartphone Program Details
Under the Vi Smartphone Program, users can enjoy a monthly discount of Rs. 100 on the Vi Hero recharge plan of Rs. 299 and above for the next 24 months.
This allows users to save Rs. 100 on their monthly recharge, accumulating a total savings of Rs. 2400 throughout the program duration. The discount can be easily availed through the Vi App, ensuring a hassle-free recharge process.
Eligibility and Redemption
To be eligible for the Vi Smartphone Program, one must upgrade to a 4G/5G smartphone. This opportunity is available to current Vi customers who upgrade their phones, as well as non-Vi customers who buy a Vi SIM for their 4G/5G device.
The smartphone should not have been previously connected to the Vi network within the last 6 months. To check eligibility for the recharge discount, users can visit the nearest Vi stores or retail outlets.
Once eligible, users can avail the recharge discount by following a simple process. Once a smartphone has been upgraded, both existing and new Vi customers are required to recharge with a Vi Hero Unlimited pack costing Rs. 299 or more within 30 days. This will ensure that they receive recharge discount coupons on the Vi App.
After the recharge is complete, users can locate the Rs. 100 recharge discount coupon in the “My Coupons” section of the Vi App. The coupon can be redeemed for the next Vi Hero Unlimited recharge, and it will be automatically applied to eligible Hero unlimited packs, making the recharge process seamless and convenient.
To access the coupon, users should launch the Vi App, go to the “My Account” section, and then choose the “My Coupons” option.
