moto g14 with 6.5″ FHD+ display, 50MP camera, 5000mAh battery launching in India on August 1


After rumours and teasers, motorola has confirmed the launch of moto g14, the company’s next budget g series phone in India on August 1st. It has also revealed the specifications and design of the phone.

It has a tagline Hatke Style. Hake Entertainment since the phone has a 6.5-inch FHD+ screen along with Stereo speakers and Dolby Atmos.

It will be powered by Unisoc T616 SoC compared to MediaTek Helio G85 SoC in the g13, but it is still a 4G phone. It will come in 4GB RAM with 128GB UFS 2.2 storage, dedicated dual SIM and a microSD slot. The phone will run Android 13, and the company has confirmed update to Android 14 and 3 years of security updates.

The phone will come with a 50MP rear camera along with a macro camera, night vision support, and it will pack a 5000mAh battery with support for 20W fast charging. It has IP52 ratings and dust and splash resistance, and the phone has a side-mounted fingerprint scanner.

The image shows blue and grey colours for the phone, and we should know the price when it goes official in a week. It will be sold on Flipkart, similar to most other motorola phones.
