Reliance Retail has launched the JioBook, a new learning book that runs on the JioOS operating system and is intended for users of all ages. The company states that the JioBook is a versatile platform that can be used for a variety of activities, including online classes, coding, and starting new ventures such as a yoga studio or online trading.
The JioBook features a stylish matte finish, ultra-slim build, and weighs just 990 grams. It comes with a 2.0 GHz octa-core processor, 4 GB LPDDR4 RAM, and 64 GB storage, expandable up to 256 GB with an SD card. The Infinity keyboard offers 75+ shortcuts, along with a large multi-gesture trackpad.
The laptop boasts an 11.6” anti-glare HD display and supports screen extension, wireless printing, and an integrated chatbot. For connectivity, it offers 4G-LTE and dual-band Wi-Fi, as well as built-in USB/HDMI ports. The JioBook includes an HD Webcam with stereo sound and offers a battery life of up to 8 hours.
The JioBook’s intuitive interface, powered by JioOS, provides educational content through Jio TV app, JioBIAN coding environment, and various gaming titles with JioCloudGames. It also comes with 1 year of 100GB Cloud storage with Digiboxx and QuickHeal parental control for added security.
