Twitter for Blackberry has been updated to version 2.0.0.15 (known as version 2.0) in the BlackBerry Beta Zone. This update includes changes from the customer feedback like, new color scheme, hidden compose bar, local trending topics etc. The last beta update v2.0 was available this May that had combined search feature.

- The app gets new color of light blue with a shade of white
- The compose tweet button is hidden and it expands to the tweet composer when clicked.
- Use hotkeys ‘c’ or ‘t’ to compose a Tweet from the app’s homescreen
- Trending topics now supports local city trends
- Access your profile easily from the nav var which also includes your profile picture
Other than these features, this version includes some performance improvements. Twitter for BlackBerry app could be downloaded from the Blackberry Beta Zone in selected countries.
