HP has introduced two new laptops: Pavilion Plus 14 and 16. These laptops have sleek aluminum bodies for a premium appearance.
HP Pavilion Plus 14 (2023)
The Pavilion Plus 14 comes with different choices. You can pick between Intel Core i5/i7 or AMD Ryzen 5/7 processors, depending on what you need. The highlight is the screen. The base model has a good 1920×1200 IPS panel.
But you can upgrade to a 2560×1600 IPS screen with 120Hz or a sharper 2880×1800 OLED display, also at 120Hz. If you go for the AMD option, you can also get better graphics with Radeon 740M, 760M, or 780M. The webcam is improved with a 5-megapixel camera.
Other hardware options start with 16GB of DDR5 memory and 512GB of PCIe 4.0 SSD storage. The laptop has good connectivity with double USB-C ports, USB-A ports, and an HDMI port. HP claims it can play videos for up to 13.5 hours on a single charge.
