OnePlus 12’s new renders show tweaked camera module

OnePlus is preparing to launch its next flagship smartphone, the OnePlus 12, by the end of this year. Online sources have already revealed the renders and specifications of the device. However, @OnLeaks has recently shared new renders that are based on real-life images of a pre-production unit, giving us a sneak peek of the smartphone’s design.

These new renders show some deviations from previously surfaced images. The chromed-out stainless steel bump below the camera modules seems to be absent, and there’s a mysterious new component near the camera housing. The Hasselblad logo beside the camera module has been replaced with an initial “H.” Other design elements remain consistent with earlier leaks.

The front of the OnePlus 12 showcases slimmer bezels, slightly curved display compared to its predecessor, and embraces a punch-hole design for the selfie camera, which has been relocated to the center, enhancing the device’s visual appeal.

In terms of specifications, the OnePlus 12 is expected to retain the 6.7″ 2K+ 120Hz AMOLED display, but it will get the next-generation Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC, triple rear cameras support with OIS and more.
