After rumours, Xiaomi has confirmed that it will introduce the Redmi Note 13 series that will include the Note 13 Pro and Note 13 Pro+ later this month. The company has also confirmed the details about the camera and SoC details.
The Redmi Note 13 Pro+ will be the first phone to use a custom Dimensity 7200-Ultra SoC in partnership with MediaTek. The enhanced version of the 7200 will offer the best performance and is tailor-made imaging speciality core for an enhanced and accelerated camera performance.
The Redmi Note 13 Pro series phones will use Samsung’s ISOCELL HP3 sensor with f/1.65 aperture, custom self-developed algorithm “high-pixel engine” that integrates chip imaging capabilities from the ground up, and the integration of full-module computing power that greatly improves the resolution of 200 million pixels, camera speed and zoom. To remind you, last year’s Redmi Note 12 Pro+ has a 200MP Samsung ISOCELL HPX sensor.
Based on earlier rumours, the phones will feature a 6.67-inch 1.5K AMOLED display, and could get 144Hz refresh rate. The Redmi Note 13 Pro is said to pack a 5120mAh battery with 67W fast charging and the Redmi Note 13 Pro+ will get a 5000mAh battery with 120W fast charging.
