HUAWEI unveiled its latest devices in Barcelona yesterday – the HUAWEI MatePad 11.5-inch PaperMatte Edition and the new HUAWEI Watch GT 4 series.
The tablet boasts an 11.5-inch PaperMatte display with a sharp 2.2K LCD screen. It offers different refresh rates of 60Hz and 120Hz. You can use the second-generation M-Pencil stylus with 4,096 levels of pressure sensitivity and just a 2ms delay. The tablet also seamlessly integrates with the HUAWEI Smart Keyboard.
In terms of design, it’s a slim and lightweight tablet with a metal body, measuring only 6.85mm thick and weighing 499g. Under the hood, it runs on HarmonyOS 3.1 and is powered by the Snapdragon 7 Gen 1 Mobile Platform with 8GB/256GB of storage.
It also supports features like Group collaboration, Smart Multi-window, and easy data sharing through SuperHub for HUAWEI phones via the Super Device feature. For photography, it features a 13-megapixel autofocus rear camera and an 8-megapixel wide-angle camera with FollowCam to keep you in focus while on the move.
The tablet also comes with four speakers using the HUAWEI Histen 8.1 algorithm and a 7700mAh battery that provides up to 10.5 hours of video playback on a full charge, with 22.5W fast charging. It supports Bluetooth v5.2 and Wi-Fi 6 for connectivity.
