OnePlus already confirmed the global launch of OxygenOS 14, based on Android 14, on September 25, 2023. It also started rolling out OxygenOS 14 Open Beta 1 for OnePlus 11 users in India and North America a few days back. Now the company has confirmed the open beta roll out schedule for other devices.

OnePlus has confirmed that the Nord N20 SE will directly get the stable version of the OxygenOS 14 in the first half of 2024.
This doesn’t have OnePlus 8 and 8 Pro, OnePlus Nord 2, Nord CE and Nord CE 2, so these devices are not expected to get the update.
