The vívoactive 5 smartwatch offers an impressive 11-day battery life, functioning as a sleep coach with sleep scores, personalized advice, and sleep stage tracking, including naps. It also monitors Pulse Ox and HRV.
Each morning, it summarizes your sleep, recovery status, HRV, and weather data when connected to your smartphone. It suggests optimal nap times for your well-being.
Additionally, it tracks your Body Battery energy levels throughout the day, providing insights into how sleep, daily activities, and stress impact your energy, helping you plan activity and rest.
