OnePlus has launched OnePlus 11R 5G Solar Red Edition, after teasing it earlier this week. This builds upon the hardware prowess of the original OnePlus 11R 5G by boosting its specifications, bringing 18GB of RAM and 512GB of storage.
OnePlus said that the phone can smoothly run up to 50 apps simultaneously, surpassing the 44-app limit of the 16GB version. This enhanced RAM not only opens apps 6% faster, but also eliminates lag during resource-intensive tasks, the company added.
It consistently maintains an impressive average frame rate of 59.46 frames per second in Genshin Impact, ensuring uninterrupted gaming sessions lasting over an hour, said OnePlus.
The OnePlus 11R 5G Solar Red is meticulously crafted with a textured vegan leather back in OnePlus’ iconic ‘Red,’. The vegan leather’s rich and supple texture not only exudes opulence but also reimagines the classic sandstone like hand-feel, providing users with a comfortable grip that complements the device’s premium aesthetics and adds a touch of nostalgia, said OnePlus.
Other specifications are similar, including the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 SoC, 50MP IMX890 sensor, 5000mAh battery and 100W SUPERVOOC Endurance Edition charging which helps the device go from 1% to 100% in just 25 minutes.

Exclusive to India, the OnePlus 11R Solar Edition is priced at Rs. 45,999, which is just Rs. 1000 more than the 16GB + 256GB model which costs Rs. 44,999.
It will be available across OnePlus.in, OnePlus Store App, OnePlus Experience Stores, and Amazon.in from October 8th.
