OPPO recently introduced the A2x, the company’s latest budget 5G smartphone in the A series in China, after the launch of A2 Pro last month. The phone packs a 6.56″ 90Hz LCD screen, is powered by Dimensity 6020 SoC, which is a rebranded Dimensity 700. It has up 8GB RAM and additional 8GB of virtual RAM.
The phone has a 13MP rear camera, 5MP front camera, side-mounted fingerprint scanner, textured look on the back, and packs a 5000mAh battery that is optimized to last for 4 years or 1,200 cycles with battery health of over 80%, says the company.

The OPPO A2x comes in Midnight Black, Muguang Gold and Feishuang Purple colours and is priced at 1099 yuan (USD 152 / Rs. 12,575 approx.) for the 6GB + 128GB model and the 8GB + 256GB model costs 1399 yuan (USD 194 / Rs. 16,005 approx.). It is already on sale in China.
