HONOR has introduced the HONOR Play 8T, the company’s latest budget smartphone in the HONOR Play series, in China. It has a 6.8-inch FHD+ LCD screen with 90Hz refresh rate, is powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 6080 SoC with up to 12GB of RAM and 8GB of virtual RAM.
The phone runs Android 13 with MagicOS 7.2 on top. It has a 50MP rear camera, along with a 2MP depth sensor and an 8MP front camera inside the punch-hole. There is a side-mounted fingerprint scanner and the phone packs a 6000mAh battery with 35W fast charging.

The HONOR Play 8T comes in Midnight Black, Ink Jade Green, and Streaming Silver colours and is priced at 1099 yuan (USD 150 / Rs. 12,520 approx.) for 8GB+256GB and the 12GB+256GB model costs 1299 yuan (USD 177 / Rs. 14,930 approx.). The phone is already available in China.
