After Geekbench listing last week, MediaTek Dimensity 9300 SoC has surfaced in AnTuTu 10 benchmark scoring over 2 million or 20 lakh points, topping the benchmark charts for an Android phone.
This four ultra-large cores Cortex-X4 and four large cores Cortex-A720 in the CPU and Immortalis G720 MC12 GPU. This supports LPDDR5X RAM and UFS 4.0 storage. The phone tested has 16GB of RAM, 512GB storage, Android 14 and has 120Hz screen.
The 2055084 points on AnTuTu 10 is a huge jump compared to Dimensity 9200 / 9200+, according to leaker Digital Chat Station, this will be even higher in some phones.
We should know how the Dimensity 9300 compares with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC, when it is introduced sometime later this week. We still don’t have a launch date for Dimensity 9300, but rumours point to early November.
Based on earlier rumours, vivo X100 will be one of the first phones to use the Dimensity 9300 SoC which is expected in November, and the OPPO Find X7 series is also expected to use the chip later. Xiaomi is expected to go all in for Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 for its Xiaomi 14 series, but it could use Mediatek’s flagship SoC in its Redmi K70 series.
